A Signing Agent is the Notary who witnesses and records the signatures on loan documents.  There is a certification process available for Signing Agents to be sure they know what they are doing with these very important documents.

My fee for certified Signing Agent services starts at $75 dollars, depending upon the type of document, the time of day you need my services and the distance I must travel.
